I’ve always been drawn to pregnant body’s. They always seemed to flock to my Yoga classes many years ago. My Yoga training covered Pregnancy alterations in regular yoga classes and I did extra Prenatal Yoga training but I always yearned to know so much more!
When I was pregnant with my first child in 2016, I was lucky enough to meet Rhea Dempsey & the seed was planted. 18m after I had my first baby I enrolled into her Doula training in 2019 and studied with her for 9months (cool study gestation right?!). I then went onto doing some Birth Work and then that dreaded virus struck the world so was unable to attend births or a limited amount during that time.In 2021 I was pregnant with my second child. Our family began a whole new chapter and moved from the inner north to the greener pastures by the Birrarung River…
It was in 2022 I started to do more Postpartum Care as I found juggling 2 young kids very challenging with Birth work.
Woven throughout the above years until now, I did various trainings & courses related to Birth, Postpartum, Breastfeeding & Movement. -
Birth doula support provides continuous non-medical support during labour and birth.
Support may include:
• Emotional reassurance and encouragement
• Comfort measures and labour positioning
• Breathing and relaxation techniques
• Support for birth partners
• Assistance communicating with care providers
A doula does not perform medical procedures or provide medical advice

I purposefully limit my Birth Support clients each year to ensure I can provide the highest quality, most personalised care possible. My passion lies in a continuity of care model, which means I dedicate ample time to each family and also offer other vital forms of support like Postpartum Care and Movement guidance. This approach allows me to be fully present and deeply invested in every client's journey.
Additionally, as a parent of 2 myself, I'm committed to balancing my professional calling with being present for my own beautiful children. This balance ultimately enables me to bring more energy, empathy, and focus to my doula work

These will be available once a month from June 2026 -
This is absolutely coming soon.
These will be able to be in-home or online.I finished my BRM Pro training in March 2026 so keen to get the practice in.

Prenatal Visits usually run for approx 1.5-2hrs. These are to build a rapport before your Birth.
Postpartum Visits are 3 hours.
-
During the week (Mon, Tues, Fri) - visit times are roughly between 10:30am -1:30pm.
I occasionally make weekend times available but not every weekend.
These visits will revolve around my weekend yoga work schedule and planned in advance. -
Absolutely. If you would like a copy prior to booking, get in touch & I’ll email one through.

50% of the total package is due upon booking me. This secures your spot! The final 50% is due between 36-38 weeks.
-
The 50% booking deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances. It compensates the doula for holding the client’s due date window and turning away other bookings.
If the client cancels doula services entirely, the following applies:
• Cancellation before 36 weeks gestation: deposit is forfeited; no further payment is due.
• Cancellation at or after 36 weeks gestation: the full contracted fee is due, as the doula has been on call and is unlikely to secure another client at this stage.
• If the doula is not called in time or arrives after birth, the full fee remains payable due to reserved on-call availability.
• Any exceptions to the above are at the doula’s sole discretion.
-
The doula’s fee reflects the commitment of time, availability, preparation, and support provided throughout the entire pregnancy and birth journey — regardless of how birth unfolds. The following applies in the event of a caesarean birth.
Planned or Elective Caesarean Birth:
If the client elects to proceed with a planned caesarean birth at any point after booking doula services, the full contracted feeremains due and payable. The doula has reserved this period exclusively for the client, attended prenatal appointments, and remained on call — all of which represent time and commitment that is unaffected by the chosen mode of birth. The non-refundable deposit paid at booking reflects this reserved availability and is not redeemable regardless of birth method.
Emergency Caesarean Birth: If a caesarean birth becomes medically necessary on an unplanned or emergency basis during labour, the full contracted fee remains due and payable. The doula will continue to provide emotional, informational, and physical support before, during (as permitted by hospital or theatre policy), and after the procedure — including immediate postpartum support for the client and their support person. An unplanned caesarean is one of the most intense and fast-moving birth scenarios a client can experience, and the doula’s presence and advocacy in this moment are of significant value. The outstanding balance is due within 14 days of the birth date
