About

Hi, I’m Georgia —

A mother, Birth & Postpartum Doula, and Prenatal Yoga teacher. I live and mother on Wurundjeri Country by the sacred flow of the Birrarung, alongside my partner and our two children.

My work is rooted in deep respect for the wisdom of the body, the rhythms of birth, and the strength of community. I support birthing people and families with a calm, steady presence—drawing from traditional practices, evidence-based care, and the grounding principles of yoga. Whether through breath, movement, rest, or hands-on support, my intention is always to meet people where they are, with reverence and care.

My heart lives in postpartum care.

I believe the way we tend to mothers in the days, weeks, and months after birth matters profoundly. This is sacred time—a window of vulnerability, healing, and transformation. I offer gentle, intuitive, practical support that nourishes the nervous system, honours the body’s recovery, and surrounds new mothers in warmth, softness, and steadiness. I love loving on mothers—feeding them, listening deeply, holding space, and reminding them they are not alone.

I also hold a deep love for Yoga and movement as medicine—for the ways they can bring us back into our bodies, our breath, and our centre. Movement has supported me through many seasons of life and motherhood, and I feel deeply honoured to share it with others—especially through the powerful lens of pregnancy, birth, and beyond.

Birth is not just a physical event—it's a rite of passage. And the postpartum is its unfolding. I’m here to walk beside you through it all, with softness, clarity, and care.
